You can exercise the following options within 7 days:
For items bought under offer period or Sale
1. Exchange for another style
2. Store Credit (can be used indefinitely in part or full)
Pickup will be arranged at Rs. 150/. This can be adjusted against your order value OR you can Gpay us on 9820303448
For items not bought under Offer or Sale
1. Exchange for another style or size
2. Store Credit (can be used indefinitely in part or full)
3. Refund to Source account or Bank account (for COD orders)
* Free pickup arranged within 1-2 days.
Terms and Conditions
- Please refer to individual product terms, if mentioned. These override any generic rules on exchanges/ returns.

Store Credit: Store Credits Option will be issued after pickup. This will be available indefinitely and will be issued as a Gift Card with no expiry date.

Returns and refunds are not available for stoles, sarees, dupattas, jewelry, home decor, quilts and bags.
- Exchange will be processed after we receive the original product from you and passes quality check
- Refunds will be processed with 5-7 working days after receipt of original product and quality check.
- COD orders will be refunded into Bank account. UPI/ Paytm/ Gpay option is not available

Quality check requirement: Product should be unused, unwashed and not damaged with original packaging and tags intact. Products with stains/ tears / or perfume scents will not be eligible for exchange or return.
- No pickups/refunds/ exchanges on International orders.
- Undelivered Orders on account of incorrect / wrong address/ phone number provided by Customer are not eligible for exchange/refund.
- All exchanges/refunds will be considered upto a maximum of 1 time per order.
We advise you to please keep a video of the parcel with the items inside while handing the parcel over to the courier executive. Also request you to retain the video till the item is confirmed received at our end. This recording would be required in case of any discrepancy in the items received.
Refund Terms and Conditions
- Refunds once approved will be made through same payment mode as the original order.
- Orders which have been converted into Store Credits or exchanges will be not be eligible for refunds.
- Refunds will not processed directly into PayTM or Google pay or any other wallet directly
- COD Orders will be refunded via NEFT through Net Banking to your account. Please submit your details here or email us on orders@maaticrafts.com. Account Number, Name and IFSC Code.
- Please ensure you check and verify the Bank details. Any error in submitting bank details will fall outside our ambit and cross check or corroborate.
