Returns and Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded.
No returns or refunds will be provided on purchases made using any of Offers or discount offer.
For styles purchased during discount offer period, pickups for size/ style exchange will have a pickup charge of Rs. 150/- This will be applicable across India (pickup charge for Mumbai Rs. 100)
Part Exchange of Order:
In case of part exchange of the order for another style or Store credit,
The total amount of offer will be calculated on a prorated basis for each item for the purposes of Credit note/ Product exchange. This will be reduced from the value of the product to provide the Credit note.
No exchanges or returns on International orders.
No refunds will be allowed for items bought under Festive Discount offer.
Alterations
